It's located on the border of Avery and Wautaga counties.
It is a 1,000 sq/ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, which was completely renovated in 2011 including all furnishings. It is on the top floor (3rd) and has a very nice view from the balcony. There is a king bed in the master, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and the couch in the livingroom is a queen sleeper. The kitchen is completely outfitted and there are 2 flat screen TVs with Direct TV boxes. There is a gas fireplace in the livingroom and electric baseboard heaters in each room controlled by thermostats. Please contact us if you have any questions after viewing the photo gallery.

Rental Information:
During ski season (December 1st thru March 31st) all rentals are handled by www.slopeside.com . Please use the link provided and you will find us listed as E317.
April thru November our condo can be rented directly from us at a rate of $100.00/night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee. We do require a 2 night minimum stay, and offer discounts for stays of a week or more.
